Sony Xperia TL: AT&T and Sony announced a new Android smartphone today called the Sony Xperia TL which will be headed to AT&T’s 4G LTE network at some point in the future. The device is the latest Xperia-branded device to hit the United States and the Sony Xperia TL is going to appeal to those that want a massive high-definition screen to pair with 4G LTE data speeds and Android. The Sony Xperia TL features a 4.6-inch 720p HD Reality display, a speedy dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor from Qualcomm, a 13 megapixel rear camera, an HD front-facing camera, and access to AT&T’s 4G LTE network which means data speeds that can reach up to 10 times faster than normal 3G data speeds.Sony Xperia TL Features And Specifications:
A quick look at the Sony Xperia TL is enough to reveal its close relationship to the internationally available Sony Xperia T, which we reviewed recently. The US bound device adds LTE to the specs, with the rest of its talents in line with its Xperia T sibling. They include a dual-core Snapdragon S4 chipset, 4,6″ HD display, 13MP camera, and NFC. The Sony Xperia T will boot Android 4.0.4 ICS out of the box. The OS will be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean after the handset’s launch in the US. As the official James Bond smartphone, the device will come with preloaded exclusive content from the upcoming agent 007 movie “Skyfall.”
