Samsung Galaxy Note III:
Samsung Mobile has managed to surprise all with the success of its Galaxy Note series of smartphones. The company claims that it had shipped more than five million units of its Samsung Galaxy Note II phablet within two months of its launch. Little wonder then that just six months after the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note II, we have already started hearing rumours regarding its successor. As per a news report in The Korea Times, Samsung Galaxy Note III will sport a 6.3-inch screen and will perhaps come with recently announced Exynos 5 Octa processor. The report does not mention any other details of the next generation galaxy note device.
Samsung Galaxy Note III Features And Specifications:
The report does not talk about any launch plans but we can assume it will be launched in the second half of 2013, which has been the case with all previous versions of the Galaxy Note. The 6.3-inch display is a massive step about the current 5.5-inch panel purely in terms of size. However, back at CES we saw Huawei launch the Ascend Mate, which had a 6.1-inch 1080p display, so we could see the phablets get bigger. At CES we also got a glimpse of a 4.99-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display, which could be used in the Samsung Galaxy S4 IV, so we can also assume that if the Galaxy Note III comes with a 6.3-inch panel, 1080p resolution will a given considering any resolution that is lower at that size may make the display quite crummy.
